Booking

Ideally, orders should be placed at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure we are able to secure the materials needed to execute your vision. Orders placed less than one week in advance may be subject to a rush fee to cover any rush shipping for materials if needed, or designs will be limited to materials currently in inventory.

Event Site Consultation

On-site consultation is available by appointment only at an additional fee.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your event date.

Payment Options

Acceptable payment methods include cash, cashier check, Cash App, and Venmo.

Cancellations 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but ask that if you need to cancel an order please do so at least 3-5 days in advance. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied as a credit if order is rebooked within one year from the original order date.

Final Product

The design process is fluid and as such Lexi Creative Corner reserves the right to make final design decisions and/or substitutions if necessary.

Delivery and Set-Up Fee

Delivery and set-up in the cities of Champaign, Urbana, and Savoy is a flat rate of $50 per hour. Most installations are completed in 2 hours or less. Additional mileage/travel fees will apply for surrounding central Illinois cities.

Break-down Fee

An additional fee of $50 will apply for décor removal. Please notify us when booking if removal is needed.


Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons, however, are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled. Please do NOT release any type of balloon outdoors and dispose of them properly.

Social Media 

Unless otherwise requested and acknowledged in writing, you should assume that your balloon designs may be utilized on social media for marketing and advertising purposes. We resepect your privacy and will honor written requests upon receipt.
